(video)Voronin - la final de mandat mai porcos ca niciodată

Voronin niciodată nu a dorit să se pună bine pe lângă jurnaliști. Motivul: pentru el jurnaliștii ori sunt niște dușmani, niște antistataliști, „păsărele stradale”, ce nu vor să recunoască realizările comuniste, ori sunt niște lingăi fără demnitate, care se supun cu stoicism regimului, iar de dragul partidului(banului) lui uită de orice deontologie. Cei ce nu dau din codiță precum le zice Voronin, sunt catalogați drept „agențîi niserioasî” ori că dau niște întrebări „nigânditi” sau „vasheta” îs niști „păsăreli di pi stradî”. În schimb Starâș, Ciornei, Berlinski sau Cristal sunt monumente de echidistanță, niște jurnaliști stataliști și patrioți.

Din păcate, cel ce și-a bătut joc de Moldova timp de 8 ani nu știe cum ar trebui să fie un jurnalist sau se face că nu știe. Ce mă indignează cel mai tare nu este atitudinea lui Voronin, deoarece un p... comunist nu se mai schimbă niciodată, mai ales când bântuie epidemii de gripă porcină.Mă îngrijorează și atitudinea jurnaliștilor care au fost jigniți. La epitetele lui Voronin, reporterițele au răspuns cu zâmbete nevinovate. Cred că alta ar trebui să fie atitudinea acestor jurnaliști, dacă vor reacționa în continuare în acest fel, atunci își merită tratamentul.

                             

Amalgam de gânduri

Nu l-am privit aseară pe Vladimir Nicolaevici prea mult. Voronin a devenit patetic, repetând cu constanță același discurs ieftin, creat în laboratoarele lui Tkaciuk. Dacă cu câțiva ani în urmă te mai puteai aștepta la ceva surprize din partea dictatorului comunist, acum el grohăie același inepții, indiferent că l-ar avea în față pe Starîș, Ciornei sau Cristal. Aceștia din urmă nu sunt decât niște cățeluși devotați, care îndeplinesc rolul de marionete ruginite, neunse încă de prin 2005. 

Este însă îngrijorător că Voronin are un discurs tot mai acid la adresa Europei, de România nemaivorbind. Cred că Europa nici nu merită atacurile lui Voronin, deoarece până ieri au stat tăcuți în banca lor, evitând să se pronunțe asupra situației de la noi. Ieri, însă, parcă s-a mai schimbat ceva, am văzut în sfârșit o atitudine mai vioaie a oficialilor europeni, care au dat semne de trezire din somnolența în care au căzut în urma „Crizei Gazelor”.  

Cu toate acestea, gonflabilele de la M1 au avut grijă și ieri să-și bată joc de cetățean, dar și de întreaga Europă, trunchind într-un mod jalnic declarațiile  Mariannei Mikko. Astfel, în reportajul marelui jurnalist Roman Mâțu, se spunea că Mikko ar fi declarat că este iminentă nevoie de o colaborare între opoziție și putere și că Europa condamnă vehement vandalismele din 7 aprilie. Nicio vorbuliță nu s-a mai suflat despre criticile extrem de dure pe care le-au adus postului de dezinformare publică M1, nici despre condamnarea violențelor miliției lui Papuc nu s-a auzit nimik. 

Așadar, totul e pe vechi la noi, doar că din cauza opoziției ne-a afectat și pe noi criza. Astfel, salariile bugetarilor vor scădea cu 25% și nu vor mai putea fi achitatate la timp. Sumele care vor merge spre Administației Publice Locale se vor înjumătăți și  proiectele fastuoase ale comuniștilor ar putea să se diminueze ca număr. Doar pensiile se vor plăti în continuare la timp...

Nu ne rămâne decât să așteptăm ziua de 5 mai, și în general săptămâna viitoare. Săptămâna care ar putea fi decisivă pentru viitorul Republicii Moldova. Dacă nu se votează un președinte comunist, atunci anticipatele vor arăta un cu totul alt rezultat.  Nu de alta, dar morții nu vor mai vota, Europa va mai tăia din finanțări și va monitoriza mult mai atent tot ce mișcă pe la noi, salariile vor scădea și nu vor mai fi plătite la timp, până și benzina s-a scumpit. Stabilitatea lui Voronin se cam duce naibii,totul este să avem o opoziție inteligentă...

Aia care ar trebui să protejeze cetățeanul, își răzbună de fapt frustrările pe el. Indivizii care au încercat să abuzeze de tânărul din imaginile de mai jos, probabil că se răzbună pe tratamentul pe care l-au primit și ei cândva prin armată. Se știe că marea majoritate a miliției lui Papuc este formată din indivizi care nu au un nivel de cultură prea înalt și care să fie servili regimului. Cei cu 9, cu armata făcută, sunt cei mai potriviți pentru această treabă. Așa șef(Papuc), așa subalterni(analfabeții batjocoriți prin armată). Cel mai grav e că toți acești nenorociți încearcă să-și răzbune impotența, agresând cetățeanul care este de departe mult mai inteligent decât ei, milițienii fiind surclasați la toate capitolele, excepție făcând doar incultura, grosolănia și violența. Însă atâta timp cât nu vom scăpa de cumpărătorul de diplome de studii superioare, traficant de fasole cu droguri, vom continua să avem în rândurile poliției tot felul de indivizi care nu au nicio legătură cu funcția pe care o dețin. Vorba aia „Peștele de la cap se strică”.

(video)Miliția lui Papuc violează fetele - Voronin le mulțumește acordându-le case de zeci de mii de euro

Iată, fraților. Au apărut și dovezi! Cei ce ar trebui să ne protejeze, ne violează surorile, fiicele sau prietenele. Astăzi, Voronin grohăia în fața lui Lenin că toți cei ce se fac vinovați de evenimentele de la 7 aprilie vor fi trași la răspundere. Ancheta va fi făcută de 15 comuniști get-beget. Cu siguranță Filat, Chirtoacă, Urechean, Stati, Băsescu, Boris Tadici și Barack Obama vor fi găsiți vinovați. Pe primii 3 nu-i vor putea judeca pentru că vor avea imunitate parlamentară sau din lipsă de probe. Stati va părăsi acest stat comunist și dictatorial, iar Băsescu, Tadici și Obama vor rămâne și ei nejudecați, că-s președinții altor state.

În concluzie:Comisia de anchetă a lu' Voronin își va face treaba, stabilitatea va coborî din nou peste meleagul moldav, iar rândurile pionierilor, octombreilor și comsomoliștilor se vor lărgi văzând cu ochii. Tinerii ce nu vor împărtăși valorile comuniste vor ieși câte 20 de mii în PMAN, vor primi bani de la Filat și droguri de la Chirtoacă, iar după asta vor fi omorâți prin penitenciarele lui Papuc. Fetele vor fi violate de către apărătorii ordinii publice.Scopul violurilor va fi unul nobil: după ce te umpli de stres bâtându-i pe tinerii reținuți, trebuie sa te eliberezi cumva. Iar ca premiu, cei ce ne ucid, ne bat și ne violează vor primi case de zeci de mii de euro. Noi vom tăcea, nu vom mai lua nici banii lui Filat, nici drogurile lui Chirtoacă și nu vom mai ieși în PMAN. Unii dintre noi vor pleca să se drogheze peste hotare, alții vor lăsa capul în jos, vor renunța la droguri și vor servi statalitatea

Iar acum, după ce mi-ați citit gândurile, după ce ați privit și materialul video al manipulatorilor și drogaților de la Jurnaltv, spuneți-mi și mie, ce naiba să mai fac în țara asta? Fraților, ce să mai facem noi în țara asta? Doar noi suntem drogați de Chirtoacă, suntem plătiți de Filat, suntem gunoaie ale societății. Așa ne-a catalogat Voronin, bunul și mărinimosul nostru președinte...

Ion Cristoiu - Un bătrânel senil

În timp ce la Chișinău, Voronin depunea flori la monumentul lui Lenin și-și întărea rândurile partidului cu noi comsomoliști, care vor participa cu sârguință la manifestațiile opoziției pentru a provoca și destabiliza, dincolo de Prut apăreau editoriale care ne demonstrează încă odată cât de imbecil poate fi românul. 

Bătrânelul pe care îl vedeam într-un timp foarte des pe la TV, Ion Cristoiu, își bate joc în ultimul hal de basarabeni, dar și de cotidianul în care scrie. „Jurnalul Național” pur și simplu se compromite având asemenea editoriale în paginile sale. 

„Mircea Geoană i-a adus lui Traian Băsescu voturile moldovenilor” e un editorial atât de diletant și dezinformator încât ar rivaliza chiar și cu celebrele editoriale ale lui Burciu din „Flux”. Imediat ce citești titlul te întrebi ce copilandru și-o mai fi bătut joc de gazetărie, scriind asemenea prostii. Dar când vezi că autor este Ion Cristoiu, te întrebi de e vreo nelămurire la mijloc. Nu este deloc așa. În timp ce avansezi în lectura simți cum ți se ridică sângele la cap și încep să-ți circule prin creier tot felul de interjecții urmate de multe semne de exclamare. Marele editorialist român, care a cam înaintat în vârstă, nemaiavând cu ce să arunce în Băsescu, și-a mai găsit subiect nou de aberații.

 Astfel, domnul ne vorbește despre „statalitatea și independența Republicii Moldova” și ne aduce aminte că „ceea ce se întâmplă într-un stat independent ține în exclusivitate de autoritățile respectivului stat”. Le zice bine tipu'. Sigur că tinerii uciși în penitenciare țin în exclusivitate de autoritățile moldovene, la fel cum și fraudarea alegerilor  și incendierea parlamentului.

 Mai departe, marele editorialist de peste Prut ne spune că „Din punct de vedere istoric, Republica Moldova constituie un subiect de litigiu cu ţara noastră. Ceva asemănător, dacă nu chiar identic, cu Ardealul în raport cu Ungaria”. Domnule Cristoiu, nu vă înțeleg, vreți să spuneți că Basarabia e teritoriu istoric rusesc ori că Ardealul e teritoriu istoric unguresc? Sau poate atât Ardealul cât și Basarabia au 650 de ani de statalitate? Ați auzit de Victor Stepaniuc? Să știți că și acesta e un rival de temut pentru dumneavoastră, inepțiile lui seamănă izbitor cele pe care le lansați.

La punctul 3, marele editorialist ne aduce aminte că „Actualul context internaţional nu e deloc favorabil unei încordări a relaţiilor cu Moscova.” Da dom'le, aici e fondul problemei, ți-e frică să nu primești un șut în fund de la Moscova și ai decis tu, marele analist politic, că Basarabia trebuie lăsată de izbeliște, nu?

Spre finalul celebrului editorial, analistul nostru, care nu prea e mai chemat la talk-show-uri în ultimul timp, ne spune că „Mesajul lui Traian Băsescu s-a constituit însă într-un grav amestec în treburile interne ale Republicii Moldova. Şeful statului român a preluat toate acuzele aduse puterii de la Chişinău de către partidele de Opoziţie din Republica Moldova”. Ca să vezi, parcă e un copy-paste din discursul plictisit a lui Voronin din urmă cu câteva zile.

Culmea prostiei acestui editorial se consumă chiar la finalul său. Iată cum arată un alineat din editorialul ce aparține lui Ion Cristoiu - celebru analist politic român: „E limpede că Mesajul lui Traian Băsescu n-a fost unul al preşedintelui României, ci al liderului Opoziţiei de la Chişinău.
Prin aceasta, Traian Băsescu s-a adresat electoratului său din Republica Moldova. Un electorat de aproape trei milioane, care-i va da votul la prezidenţialele din iarnă. Graţie Ordonanţei de Urgenţă a Guvernului PSD-PD-L aproape trei milioane de cetăţeni ai Republicii Moldova vor putea vota la prezidenţialele din România.”

 Mi-e greu să cred că acest Cristoiu poate fi chiar atât de imbecil. După ce că nu cunoaște o ceapă degerată despre situația politică din Moldova, Cristoiu mai dă dovadă de tâmpenie crasă și în „politica internă”. Să spui că Băsescu va avea votul a 3 milioane de moldoveni la alegerile din iarnă dovedește că locul lui Cristoiu nu e nici la talk-show-uri, nici să scrie editoriale, ci mai degrabă la celebrul „Spital nr.9”. E clar că spunând aceste prostii, Cristoiu nu știe că în Moldova sunt maximum 1 milion 7 sute de mii de alegători reali, nu știe nici că la alegerile din 5 aprilie s-au prezentat la urne puțin peste 1.5 milioane de moldoveni(asta incluzând și sutele de mii de morți ce au votat pentru comuniști). Nu știe nici măcar faptul că oricât de urgentată ar fi procedura de acordare a cetățeniei, este imposibil ca un număr de 3 milioane de moldoveni s-o primească până la iarnă. Iar dacă am cădea în absurditatea lui Cristoiu și am admite că până-n iarnă toți basarabenii vor deține cetățenia română, ar trebui celebrul analist politic să știe că în Moldova se pot deschide doar 3 secții de votare, la care nu pot vota 3 milioane de cetățeni, ci maxim 5 mii.

Iată așa, cu asemenea analiști politici de peste Prut, nu ne rămâne decât să ne luăm lumea'n cap și să-i dăm dracului și pe „frații noștri români”, care dau dovadă de o imbecilitate din ce în ce mai crasă atunci când vine vorba de Republica Moldova. 

PS: În timp ce la București se citea acest editorial penibil, la Chișinău, Mark Tkaciuk, era decorat cu „Ordinul de Onoare”.

Flash: Comuniștilor nu le-a dat nasul să mai fraudeze și la renumărare

Mă miră rigiditatea presei de la noi. Deși rezultatele renumărărilor voturilor s-au făcut publice încă cu o oră în urmă, un singur site a scris ceva destul de evaziv despre asta.

Conform celor de la Știrea Zilei, moftul lui Voronin nu a adus nicio schimbare în ceea ce privește numărul de mandate pe care le-au acumulat cele 4 partide. Singura schimbare e în bugetul țării, și așa foarte șubred, care datorită aceste renumărări s-a mai golit cu vreaun milion de lei.

Am ajuns în „Cotidianul”

După ce am reușit să „răzbat” de-a lungul timpului în mai multe publicații din partea asta a Prutului, iată că am ajuns și într-unul dintre cele mai citite ziare de peste Prut, „Cotidianul”.

                                                    Diversiunea comunistă, dovedită pe blog

Filme, poze, capturi video şi imagini de arhivă. Toate sunt armele cu care tinerii bloggeri din Republica Moldova arată că actele de violenţă din cadrul manifestaţiilor recente au fost orchestrate de autorităţi cu ajutorul lui Iurie Roşca.

O analiză a fotografiilor şi a filmelor făcute cu ocazia manifestaţiilor din Piaţa Marii Adunări Naţionale din Chişinău, realizată de bloggerul Alexandru Cozer pe site-ul analize.md, aduce noi dovezi în privinţa diversiunii organizate de simpatizanţii comunişti cu această ocazie. Astfel, el a identificat mai multe persoane care fac parte din Partidul Popular Creştin Democrat, aliat al comuniştilor, şi care pozează iniţial în manifestanţi paşnici, pentru a provoca mai apoi acte de vandalism. După alegerile din 2005, PPCD s-a aliat cu comuniştii lui Voronin pentru a forma o majoritate în Parlament.Un anume Ion Duminică, membru PPCD, apare într-o fotografie alături de un grup paşnic de manifestanţi, singurul lucru care-l scoate în evidenţă fiind un scut de poliţist.

Într-o înregistrare video ajunsă pe YouTube, acelaşi Duminică este însă în avangarda celor ce sparg uşile unor clădiri oficiale.
Un alt exemplu este al celebrului „erou” îmbrăcat în tricou galben care a arborat steagurile UE pe clădirea Preşedinţiei şi a Parlamentului. Îl cheamă Ion Galaţchi, iar într-un alt film apare într-o postură violentă, încercând să spargă o uşă. Cu toate acestea, Galaţchi declara într-un interviu pentru televiziunea liderului PPCD, Iurie Roşca, că tot timpul el a pledat pentru calm şi pace. Cotidianul a prezentat, zilele trecute, fotografii preluate de pe site-urile presei de opoziţie din Moldova, în care se vedea că acesta era de fapt ajutat de câţiva poliţişti în timp ce plasa steagul UE pe cele două clădiri.
Comentatorii blogului pe care a fost postată această informaţie, precum şi alţi bloggeri susţin că Ion ar fi fiul unei angajate de la Ministerul de Interne, care a fost ieri concediată. O altă persoană aflată în prim-planul evenimentelor tumultuoase de la Parlament şi de la Preşedinţie a fost fotografiată în timp ce transmitea ceva printr-o staţie de emisie-recepţie, dar apărea şi într-un film alături de Ion Galaţchi, intrând în clădirea Preşedinţiei. Cozer susţine că este vorba despre un fost membru al PPCD, Andrei Plop.
O imagine sugestivă prezentată pe blogul moldoveanului este cea a unei maşini aparţinând postului patronat de Roşca, însă care a fost răsturnată de demonstranţi. Autoturismul este o Lada veche, din anii ’80, şi care în mod teoretic nu avea ce căuta la locul manifestaţiilor, deoarece sediul televiziunii se afla la doar 300 de metri distanţă, iar postul deţinea oricum maşini performante. Bloggerul sugerează că maşina cu însemnele EUTV a fost deliberat dusă în piaţă pentru a fi răsturnată, motiv pentru care s-a şi optat pentru o maşină ieftină.

Lumina sfântă în mâinile criminalilor

Voronin a triumfat din nou. Le-a tras-o iar moldovenilor... 

Mergând de Paște în satul de baștină, m-am asigurat încă odată că Moldova este o țară de înfricoșați. Un fel de fricoși nepăsători, asta a făcut Voronin din moldoveni. Deși în satul meu comuniștii au acumulat doar vreo 25% din voturi, oameni fiind un pic mai scoși la lumină decât în alte localități, și aici se simte dictatura de fier a milițianului Voronin. Rudele vorbeau în șoaptă de ce s-a întâmplat în 7 aprilie și mă rugau de zeci de ori să fiu mai temperat, să-mi înnăbuș tot spiritul revoluționar. Lumea nu știe mai nimic de tinerii morți în penitenciarele comuniste, ei știu că de fapt unii s-au spânzurat cu șireturile, alții au sărit de pe stâlpi, iar unii pur și simplu au murit de „narcomani ce erau”. Așa li s-a spus lor la Moldova 1, așa știu și ei. Când le-am spus că de fapt prin penitenciare mai zac sute de tineri, nimeni nu mă credea. Doar Voronin a dat ordin la Moldova 1 ca toți să fie eliberați! Ce fel de „president” e Voronin dacă poliția nu-l ascultă? Am auzit din gura cuiva.

Culmea rușinii și umilinței am simțit-o însă în Noaptea de Înviere. Pentru a câta oară mi-a fost rușine că m-am născut pe acest pământ. Voronin cu toată haita comunistă, începând cu Lupu și Greceanîi și încheind cu Vrabie și Papuc, erau bine-mersi la catedrală. Zâmbitori și fericiți, cu lumânări de un metru lungime... Chiar de era Învierea, nu mi-am putut stăpâni o înjurătură, mai ales văzând cum niște popi multimilionari le cântau osanale celor ce omoară copii nevinovați în închisori. Cum să nu le cânte, de vreme ce au făcut din Mănăstirile pe care le administrează niște afaceri de milioane? Cine a fost măcar odată la Mănăstirea Hâncu, cu siguranță îmi va da dreptate.

M-a întristat foarte mult și atitudinea oamenilor simpli, cei ce au venit să ia așa  zisa „lumină sfântă”. Toți stăteau smeriți pe margine, admirând ținuta Taisiei Voronin, probabil...

Nicio mamă a căror copii sunt închiși nu a mers la Voronin să întrebe unde-i sunt odraslele. Nimeni nu l-a întrebat pe Papuc de ce fiul i-a ieșit mai mult mort decât viu din penitenciar. Nicio femeie nu a mers la Greaceanîi s-o întrebe cum s-ar simți dacă ar fi violată de polițiști.

Transmisiunea în direct a celor de la M1 a fost una de succes. Țara s-a convins încă odată cât de grijulii și buni sunt comuniștii, cât de mult îi iubește poporul, cel ce sta aprobator și umil în jurul criminalilor comuniști.

Mă întrebam sâmbătă seara, mă întreb și acum: De ce oare nu s-au stins lumânările comuniștilor sau a popilor multimilionari, de vreme ce acea lumină e sfântă? Ori e și cu „lumina sfântă” la ca și cu gazificarea, deși gazul nici nu a ajuns în sate, Voronin dă foc la o butelie, iar M1 ne arată încă o localitate gazificată. Cine știe, comuniștii o fi inventat și lumânările cu propan, ori poate e și lumina la fel de sfântă pe cât de revoluționar e moldoveanul?

APRIL 8, 2009

Protests continued. Thousands of people gathered in the National Square. The atmosphere was calm, however, athletic guys, in black sports uniforms move within the crowd of people and provoke the protesters. Any attempt to film or to photograph them is not successful as they hide their faces. The police well equipped are protecting the Government. Around 6 pm, more protesters come. It is obvious that two groups of protesters
participate: those who are very active and aggressive and peaceful people. The police are ready to react in case of any provocation. The first line of protesters is very active, shouting anti communistic and nationalistic slogans. Behind the Government, many police are dislocated. They are changing in plain clothes and walking into the crowd to provoke it. Late in the evening, some of the protesters are detained by men dressed in plain black cloths, put in cars and transported into unknown directions.

During the night from April 7 to April 8, a deceased person has been brought to the Emergency Hospital by a private car. According to Liviu Vovc, the chief of the City Emergency Station, during the night from April 7 to April 8, a car of Niva model brought in the trunk a dead body and declared that this is a person from protest. The persons who brought the body reported that it has been put in their trunk and they have been told to bring it to the Hospital. According to Vovc, the body was immediately taken by Police for further investigation. There
are no other dead persons as follow up of the protests.

Many parents have signaled that they can not find their children. They declared that the Emergency Service reported that almost 200 young people with traumas have been taken to City Police Station on Tighina 6. The Police Station says that the children have been taken out of the city.

Strasbourg, 08.04.2009 - Josette Durrieu (France, SOC) and Egidijus Vareikis (Lithuania, EPP/ CD), corapporteurs on Moldova for the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), who were present in Moldova to observe the elections of Sunday 5 April 2009, today called for “an end to violence and provocation” in the capital city, Chisinau.“We are concerned about the deterioration of the situation in a European country which nevertheless benefits from our attention and our support. Moldova needs to achieve political stability in the context of a democracy which will be able to assert itself only through elections, and not through violence”, they declared. The co-rapporteurs stated that they would continue to monitor the situation in the country closely so that they can report to the members of the Monitoring Committee in Strasbourg during the spring Session of the PACE (27-30 April 2009).

Emma Nicholson, member of the EU Parliament, on Moldovan Elections: “When we stoped the count at about 1 a.m., it looked as though the Communists were going to have 35%, and the combined opposition would be about 40 to 45%,” baroness Emma Nicholson, a member of the European Parliament, has told the BBC. She monitored the elections as part of the OSCE team. And by 8 a.m. the figures were really very very different
indeed. It was 50% for the Communists and something tiny, very small indeed for the other opposition
parties,” Emma Nicholson said. “But we had no proof,” said the European parliamentarian.

The Goverment endorsed a decision to impose visas to Romanian citizens. The Visa regime will be applied starting from Thursday, 9 of April. Moldovan uthorities have declared Filip Teodorescu, romanian ambassador, persona non-grata in Moldova. The airport customs did not permit to the correspondent of Radio Romania Actualitati to enter Moldova at the international airport Chisinau.

Today, President Vladimir Voronin held a speech for 15 minutes at the national television at the main news
bulletin of the country. He accuses Romania for trying to organize a “coup d’etat.” Also today, Vladimir Voronin had a meeting with universities rectors why he criticizes them for letting students to participate at the protest (at the end rectors applauded).

Around 6 pm, several hundred of police surrounded the premises of Television Moldova 1.
The police are placed behind the fence, being well equipped for attacks. In the centre of Chisinau, there were many journalists from TV/Radio Moldova 1. They declared that they were not permitted to broadcast news about
the events from the Centre of the city. The public TV was broadcasting music and theatre shows.
The protesters have shown their disappointment towardsthis behavior of the governance. That is why more to overtake Public Television have been expressed.

The Emergency Hospital has confirmed that nobody died during the events from the Presidency.
At 18.20, the doctor on guard told the newspaper Ziarul de Garda that no decease has been registered as follow up of anticommunist wrangles. According to the doctors, 80 persons need medical assistance. A great number of people has been hospitalized having wounds, bruises brain traumas. The wounded have been transported to the Emergency hospital and the Hospital of the Ministry of Interior.

Around 6 pm, the opposition leaders (Vlad Filat, Dorin Chirtoaca, Serafim Urechean) meet with the President of the Republic of Moldova (Vladimir Voronin), the Governmental team and the Speaker of the Parliament (Marian Lupu) to negotiate over the repeated recount of votes, verification of electoral lists and anticipated elections.
Around 7 pm, the protesters are very active in front of the Parliament. Violence erupts again when protesters start throwing stones. They succeed to break the doors and enter in the building. In a short time, the police without trying to use their powers and stop the vandals are leaving the Parliament. The protesters storm it as they did several hours ago with the Presidency building.

Civil Coalition for free and correct Elections “Coalition 2009” considers parliamentary elections from Moldova on 5 April 2009 as not fully correct and even if we exclude the Transnistrian incidents, then we still can not consider the elections to have been free and correct.

Ghenadii Ziuganov, one of political leaders from Russia, declared that secret services from western countries
were involved in organizing the protest.

Javier SOLANA, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), expressed his concern over the situation in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, and made the following statement:
“I am very concerned over the situation in Chisinau, following the 5 April parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova. International election observers noted in their preliminary findings that the elections
met many international standards and commitments, but that further improvements were required to ensure
an electoral process free from undue administrative interference and to increase public confidence.

Two offices from the 5th floor of the Parliament are burning. The police are staying in the back of the presidency and do not act. Neither the firemen! Only at 10.45 pm, the firemen took control over the situation.

In Moldova, all internet connections are shut. Massmedia is blocked. Local television cannot broadcast.
The national TV is broadcasting a dancing show.

Hundreds of young people protested today in Ungheni and Balti and supported the protest in Chisinau.
They declared that the elections were fake. Also, some buses with Moldovan students from Romania, coming to Chisinau to protest were not allowed to enter Moldova.

Dorin Chirtoaca, deputy president of the Liberal Party, made a call to protesters to a peaceful protest.
Vlad Filat, president of Liberal Democratic Party requested the Central Election Commission refrain from publishing the final election results, until all the petitions for reevaluating the election results from opposing
parties are examined.

I call on all sides to refrain from violence and provocation. Violence against government buildings is unacceptable. Equally important is the respect for the inalienable right of assembly of peaceful demonstrators.

“I am delighted with the progress of democracy in Moldova. These elections were very good and they gave me great confidence in the future of this country,” said Petros Efthymiou, head of the delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and Special Co-ordinator of the OSCE short-term observers. “The people of Moldova are to be congratulated on a relaxed, mainly well-run and democratic polling day. Now the new parliament needs to make the necessary improvements to Moldova’s legal framework and electoral code,” said David Wilshire, head of the delegation of the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly.

“Our overall assessment of this election is positive, but there is a need to inject more trust in the electoral environment, including through unbiased news reporting by the public broadcaster, improving voter registration procedures, and ensuring that contestants are treated equally by the authorities,” said Nikolai Vulchanov, head of the long-term election observation mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).

 

The person in yellow and the person in black are going to place the flag of the EU on the Building of the Parliament. The same persons have placed the flag of the EU and Romania on the Building of the Predency.

Two fake protesters place the flag of the European Union on the top of the Parliamentary building. They are aided by a representative of Police. These are the same persons that placed the flag several hours agon on the building of the Presidency.

A week of terror and dictatorship…murders, sexual abuses and torture. Three persons died.

This is what Moldova is passingthrough, starting with April 7, 2009,when the protesters manifested against rigged elections by storming the buildings of the Presidency and the Parliament.

The second day after the events, PresidentVoronin, leader of the winning Communists Party in April 5 elections blames the opposition for organizing a coup d’etat and Romania for being involved in it. He declares Romanian Ambassador persona non grata and imposes visa regime for all Romanian citizens.Meanwhile, the Police and Security Service is detaining and arresting youth, breaking procedural laws. They are cruelly bet and maltreated.

Allegations of sexual abuses against detained girls have been reported. Two persons have already died. A feeling of terror and insecurity has been installed in the capital city of Chisinau.

Events that took place raised a lot of questions, but also signals and proofs that might help find out what has happened. On the day of April 7, the protesters stormed the Presidency and the Parliament. The takeover lasted just several minutes. How was this possible? Why did the Police withdraw so quickly from both buildings? Why did the Ministry of Interior bring troops of very young policemen aged less above 20 to protect two most important buildings of the state? Why the same person hoisted the flags of EU and Romania on Presindency and then the flag of EU on the Parliament building? Why a policeman assists the protesters to hoist the flag on the building of the Parliament? Why the firefighters din not act immediately, but let the Parliament burn till late evening? Why does the police break a fence into stone pieces on the same day of the April 7 protests? Who are those groups of organised people, dressed in black and wearing sun glasses that instigate protesters and are very agressive? Why do policemen change themselves from uniforms into plain cloths behind the Government building and get infiltrated in the crowd protesting in the National Square? Why the Public TV Moldova 1, the only nation wide broadcasting channel, broadcasts dancing shows while the protests? Why the news on Moldova 1 show just wounded police and destruction? Why the Communists publish 1 mln copies of their newpaper and send it over in the villages? Why Communists stopped the verification of election lists? And why the inernational community does not have a clear message, while Russia urges the Moldovan Government to install order?

APRIL 6, 2009

The results of the Parliamentary Elections from April 5 organized in Moldova, with the communists winning the majority of votes, shocked Moldovans. People, mainly youth, declared April 6 as a national mourning day, considering that election results have been rigged.

They organized themselves through internet and social networks to protest and express their indignation Think Moldova together with Hyde Park called young people today, April 6, at 6.pm at the statu of Stefan cel Mare from the Centre of the city. „If you did not vote for the Party of Communists take a candle and get on the street. The youth declares the day of April 6, the National Mourning Day”, announce the organisers of the event.

Around 6 p.m. local time, people started to gather in the centre of the city, at Stefan cel Mare Statue. With candles in their hands, and mobilized by two NGOs, they marched towards the Presidency building, shouting: “Freedom”, (Libertate!) “Get out” (Afară!), “Down with the communists”(Jos comuniştii), One, two, one two, take communists to the garbage can (Unu doi, unu doi – comuniştii la gunoi). Meanwhile, the international observers make declarations, qualifying elections correct and with no violations of election standards. Statement by Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner on the Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Moldova (5 April 2009) “I am pleased that the elections for the fifth Parliament of the Republic of Moldova were conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner and in an overall pluralistic environment. I wish to congratulate the Moldovan people for their active participation in these elections, which confirms their commitment to democracy in their country. Nevertheless, I have taken note of the Statement of Preliminary Findings and Conclusions made by the OSCE-led International Election Observation Mission, which shows that further efforts need to be made, including at the legislative level, to ensure an electoral process free from undue administrative interference, to guarantee full respect for freedom of expression and access to information as well as to increase public confidence in the process. Therefore, I call on the newly elected parliament to work expeditiously on implementing the Mission’s recommendation once they are finalised. I look forward to the further development of EUMoldova relations and the implementation of political

and economic reforms including the strengthening of rule of law and fundamental freedoms that have been discussed in the course of our dialogue with the Moldovan authorities under the previous legislature.”

Speaking in Chisinau on Monday 6 April Estonian Socialist MEP Marianne Mikko “noted real improvements in comparison with the 2005 parliamentary elections” explaining that polling stations officials and voters were fully aware of electoral procedures. Ms Mikko noted however that “further efforts must be made, in particular with regard to the position of the public broadcasting organisations”. The international observers, in a joint statement, said that “the media provided constant opportunities to candidates to convey their message but that state broadcasters had blurred the distinction between the role of state officials and their campaign activities.” The statement goes on to say that the campaign “was affected by frequent allegations of intimidation of voters and candidates, and claims of misuse of administrative resources”. Ms Mikko also voiced concern in relation to the low numbers of registered voters

(just 22,000), among Moldovans living abroad who number between 600,000 and 1 million.

APRIL 7, 2009

Hundreds of young people in massive flows are gathering on National Square. They have tricolor flags and anticommunist slogans. The young people come in columns from all attached streets. Yesterday, “10a.m.” (Mâine la 10!) has being shouted as a message to thousands of young people, to meet again and to protest against the rigged elections and the disregard of the

youth democratic option by central public authorities.

Around 12 am, almost 10.000 people are between the buildings of two important state institutions: the Presidency and the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. Policemen, mainly youngsters, equipped with protection helmets and shields form a cordon in front of the Presidency and Parliament. The protesting crowd shouts anticommunist, but also pro-Romanian slogans, such are “We are Romanians”, and “Unification”. The first row of protesters, mainly athletic guys, is very active and aggressive. They are trying to provoke the police and the other protesters as well.

Around 1 am, violence erupts. Protesters start to throw stones in the Presidency building and police; however the law enforcement does not react. At a certain moment, the group of Police protecting the Presidency and the one protecting the Parliament is moving towards.

The General Prosecutor Office qualifies as illegal and inadmissible the actions of organizers

and participants at the meeting from April, 6, 2009, under the name „Mourning Day”.

Thus, on April 6, Ghenadie Brega with the active participation of the leaders of some political parties (V. Filat, A. Tanase, V. Ungureanu, V. Pavlicenco, O.Cernei, V. Nagacevschi etc.) has organised a meeting, where several hundred of people participated.

The purpose of the meeting was to protest against parliamentary election results from April, 5.

Several provisions of the Law on assembly have been infringed. (art. 6, 16, 18, 19), according to which: the meeting must be peaceful; the organizer has the right to organize the meeting only in the form, place and terms indicated in the declaration; the participants have the obligation to respect the laws and public order. In reality, a lot of legal provisions have been violated and the organizers have permitted to hinder the main transportation routes, to damage and turn down

the public transportation means, to attract minors, to participate in a state of drunkenness, to mock persons. The organizers did nit respect the obligation assumed by them previously, they shown irresponsibility which affected public order, they did not ensure maintenance of law order. As a result of these actions, the meeting got transformed into a mass disorder.

Flash: Încă un tânar decedat în circumstanțe dubioase

Astăzi, în jurul ore 17 am primit un mail de la un amic. Era destul de confuz. Aflase că un vechi prieten al său, Eugen Țapu, în vârstă de 26 de ani, a fost găsit mort. Eugen trebuia să se întoarcă de la Moscova cu câteva zile în urmă, dar așa și nu a mai ajuns acasă. Știam doar că părinții lui Eugen au ridicat corpul neînsuflețit al fiului lor de la morga din Chișinău

Necunoscând mai multe detalii, am apelat la cei de la Ziarul de Gardă, care în urma unei investigații au aflat că rudelor lui Eugen li s-a spus că fiul lor a decedat în urmă cu 9 zile, de aceea a fost pus într-un sicriu ermetizat...

Nu înțeleg cum oare e posbil ca în Republica Moldova să moară lumea pe capete, iar MAI-ul să nu vină nici cu un fel de informații. Oare dacă nu primeam eu acel mail, se mai afla ceva despre trista soartă a tânărului Eugen Țapu? Nu știu! Tot ce cerem noi e ca procuratura să facă o anchetă corectă, iar simplii cetățeni să știe de ce mor atât de mulți tineri  în ultimul timp.

Flash: Some girls were stripped to the skin and humiliated by police

Three girls, arrested in the night of april 7, brought to the police station, were forced to undress, to do settlements and stand in different position. About this case reported Liliana Prodan, lawyer. She sayd that 3 of her clients were subjected to ill-treatment from the police representatives.

Acesta a fost mesajul transmis ieri la Bruxelles de un grup de europarlamentari, în cadrul unei întruniri care l-a avut ca participant pe ministrul de Externe al României, Cristian Diaconescu. Poziţia comunitară îngroapă aproape definitiv acţiunile criminale ale regimului prezidat de Vladimir Voronin. Două tablouri. Primul – Protestul anticomunist din capitala Moldovei a fost urmat în ultima săptămână de o adevărată revoluţie a organelor statului împotriva propriilor cetăţeni.

Al doilea – Uniunea Europeană, un organism care îşi hrăneşte identitatea cu valorile democratice, preferă securizarea flancului său estic în detrimentul protejării drepturilor omului.

Ecuaţia e simplă: revoltele de peste Prut au fost urmate de acţiunile brutale ale statului moldovenesc, sute de tineri au fost arestaţi şi reţinuţi fără minima respectare a unor proceduri legale iar un membru al Uniunii – România – a fost acuzat de implicare în pregătirea şi susţinerea turbulenţelor.

Motivele n-au fost însă suficiente pentru a Bruxelles-ul să reacţioneze ferm împotriva politicii Chişinăului, capitala unui stat care şi-a demonstrat în repetate rânduri incompatibilitatea cu agenda europeană. O nuanţă este necesară: nici Europa pare să nu-şi mai respecte această agendă.

Explicaţiile sunt multe şi oarecum inutile. Ele ţin de jocul geopolitic al regiunii, dar mai ales de prezența intuită a Federației Ruse în spatele administrație de la Chișinău.

Europa fardează vânătăile de pe chipul Moldovei

“Uniunea Europeană va apăra drepturile opoziţiei democrate, ale ONG-urilor, ale celor reţinuţi şi ucişi în închisori. Din punctul acesta de vedere, nu vom face compromisuri. Dar nu ne putem conduce politica estică prin izolare”, declara ieri europarlamentarul polonez Jacek Wolski.

Cuvintele sale au fost imediat completate de poziţia şefului Afacerilor Externe din România, Cristian Diaconescu: “Parteneriatul Estic ar trebui să proiecteze stabilitate, normele şi valorile comunitare în vecinătatea estică a Uniunii. Nu văd de ce n-am include şi ţările problematice”.

EUobserver scrie astăzi că Parlamentul European este aşteptat să întărească poziţiile exprimate ieri în cadrul întrunirii sale plenare de săptămâna viitoare, în “ceea ce ar putea fi o lovitură fatală dată activiştilor opoziţiei din Moldova”. Şi nu va fi singura. Este aproape sigur că, pe 7 mai, la summit-ul de la Praga dedicat Parteneriatului Estic, responsabilii UE vor decide întărirea relaţiilor cu şase ţări ex-sovietice: Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Georgia, Ucraina şi Moldova.

În context, se ridică o problemă interesantă. Pe cine va invita Bruxelles-ul la masa negocierilor? Într-o Moldovă în care, în ciuda lozincilor pro-europene ale puterii, respectarea drepturilor omului rămâne o sintagmă de manual, orice prezenţă a liderilor comunitari în proximitatea unui înalt oficial al Chişinăului ar valida indirect acţiunile regimului Voronin.

Întrebarea este însă dacă mai contează cu adevărat, în faţa provocărilor strategice din zonă, legitimarea unor guvernări incriminate. Răspunsul pare mai degrabă negativ şi este susţinut de o ultimă tuşă diplomatică: pe 22 aprilie, Mirek Topolanek, actualul prim-ministru al ţării care deţine preşedinţia Uniunii, va întreprinde o vizită oficială în Moldova.

(video) Papuc - Demisia!

În loc să-și dea demisia imediat a doua zi după evenimentele din 7 aprilie, Ministrul moldovean al Internelor nu are nicio jenă, bătându-și joc de noi în ultimul hal.

După ce a gestionat de-a dreptul deplorabil protesul din 7 aprilie, gafele impardonabile nu s-au terminat aici. Au început să se răzbune pentru umilnța care au suferit-o în fața președinție și parlamentului, bâtând până la moarte oameni care chiar de s-ar fi numărat printre vandali, nu pot fi supuși unor asemenea tratamente sub nicio formă. Umilirea poporului nu s-a oprit aici, astăzi am văzut un reportaj la M1, care m-a convins încă odată, că acest Papuc nu are nicio limită a bunului simț, și că este pus la Interne pentru că poate îndeplini cu sârguință ordinele milițianului Voronin. Priviți-l mai jos pe ministrul cu diplomă cumpărată cum minte cu nerușinare în fața șefului misiunii OSCE.

                                                     

Bine, domnule Papuc, te-o fi crezând Remler, că doar tot el a declarat că alegerile parlamentare au fost corecte și democratice. Te-o fi crezând și sărmanii săteni îndobitociți de netrebnicii de la Moldova 1, dar nu suntem cu toții chiori sau proști...

Știu că subalternii dumneavoastră urmăresc cu sârguință acest blog(cred ca dumneavoastră nu prea știți să mânuiți un calculator), așa că sunt sigur că vă vor arăta imaginile de mai jos.

Mă întreb și vă întreb, de către cine au fost bătuți și omorâți acești oameni dacă nu de colaboratorii MAI? Sau s-or fi bătut ei între dânșii în celule? Cred că într-o celulă de 6 metri patrați, unde stau 15 oameni, e greu și să te poți învârti, dărămite să faci alte lucruri.

Deci, domnule Papuc, cine sunt vinovații? Sau poate presa e vinovată? Ori poate Băsescu?

Special am lăsat acest material video la final, pentru a-l urmări atent și pentru a vă pune în locul acelor părinți ce și-au pierdut fiul, pentru a că întreba ce simte acea tânără ce și-a pierdut soțul, și pentru a-i răspunde acelui copil peste ani, cine i-a omorât tatăl? Ce s-a întâmplat cu Valeriu Boboc, domnule Papuc? Să fie acea gaură din cap, cauză a intoxicației?

Ar mai fi sute de probe prin care să demonstrez că declarațiile dumneavoastră de la Moldova 1 nu sunt decât niște minciuni sfruntate și un atac la adresa bunului simț, dar mă tem că sunteți o cauză pierdută. Aveți o singură cauză de a vă reabilita, demisia de onoare, după care să vă cereți scuze în fața întregului popor basarbean pentru ororile la care l-ați supus!

The Republic of Moldova encounters severe violations of human rights. Following the manifestations on 7^th of April 2009, when the presidential and parliament buildings were seized by the protesters, the Moldovan police unleashed a wave of mass terror and intimidation against the citizens. Youth, including minors, has been particularly targeted. Journalists who did not participate in the protests were arrested along with protesters, both violent and peaceful.

The police acted in full force and have been arresting people on the street, students in high schools, universities and youth hostels, but also church attendants returning from the Easter mass. The arrest procedure is not followed through. Those apprehended, men or women, are beaten with cruelty and subjected to inhumane and degrading treatment. There are reports of torture and one death. Not all arrests have been reported. There are still parents in search of their missing children to whom access to their children’s’ whereabouts is denied.

Those released contend that the arrested are kept in dreadful conditions (15-20 people in a 10 m2 cell), beaten with brutality and compelled to sign under false statements.  Spot trials are held in police premises with no or limited access to defense. The access to detention facilities is denied including to lawyers and human rights organizations. The repeated requests of the mayor of Chisinau to access the detention facilities were irrefutably turned down. 

According to the police, 200 citizens remain under arrest. However, the Moldovan media compiled a list of some 800 missing people believed to be in police’s arrest. Over 50 people were hospitalized in Chisinau after having been beaten by police. There is information that in order to hide the abuses, the detained citizens are transported in other municipalities like Taraclia, Vulcanesti.

We therefore request your immediate involvement to:

• Secure the observance of human rights;
• Stop the inhuman and degrading treatment, torture in places of detention;
• Cessation of terror, the abduction of persons, threats and intimidation;
• Demand access to defence attorneys and fair trial;
• Ensure access the NGOs and media in places of detention;
• Guarantee the rights of the detent, primarily in defense;
• End the illegal arrests;
• Punish the guilty people of committing abuses and release the innocent one.

Sergiu Cretu –bone fracture of humerus (arm): 23 years old, peaceful protester, beaten at the police station. For his own secure,

refused to be photographed.

A young person, who request anonymity – bone fracture of humerus (arm), cerebral concussion, muscles contusions/bruises: 23 years old, peaceful protester, beaten in the Park by the police which were civilian-dressed and in uniform.

A young person, who request anonymity – torture, cerebral concussion, muscles contusions/bruises: 19 years old, did not participate in any protests, insulted, humiliated and beaten at the police station.

Popa Andrei – cerebral concussion, facial contusion/bruises: 18 years old, did not participate in any protest, beaten at the police station, received no food and water during 24 hours, were arrested 22 people in 12 m² .

Roscot Denis - cerebral concussion, nasal bones fracture, facial contusion: 20 years old, student, peaceful protester, beaten at the police station, forced to sign a false statement, handcuffed to the hospital bed for one night.

Damian Hancu – torture, cerebral concussion, fracture of the arm fingers, muscle contusions/bruises: student at the Faculty of Law in Lyon, France. 23 years old, peaceful protester, did not participate in violent actions. Was held by the civilian-dressed state police, on April 7, in the center of Chisinau, as a result of discussions with Swedish journalists. After being tortured, by the policemen during several hours, he was forced to sign a false statement - guilty for instigation and bribed by the opposition to participate in protests. Herein you can find attached the audio/video testimony of Damian Hancu in English, the medical certificate and the request to the prosecutor.

Valeriu Boboc - dead, broken ribs as a result of strikes, a plague on the head as a result of blows with blunt objects: 23 years old, workman, married, father of a 1.5 year old child; peaceful participant at the protest . Arrived in the Square after 5.00 p.m., when the presidential and parliament buildings were ravaged.  Killed as a result of the massive police attack on protesters in the night of 7 to April 8. According to  the police - found dead in the Great National Assembly Square. Cause of death according to the certificate of death (hereof attached) - unknown toxic poisoning.

Update 22:00

Another victim of comunism is Ion Țîbuleac,22 years old. His parents think that he was killed by the police in the night of April 7. The police told he was electrocuted, but the doctors found that he was beaten. Witnesses said he was thrown from a police car when he was already dead.
